Job ID: 18363 Location: US-NJ-Camden Category: Management Shift: FLEXIBLE Type: Full Time Department Name: Labor-Delivery More information about this job: Short Description: Cooper University Hospital has high risk Perinatal program with in house Maternal Fetal Medicine coverage and a Maternal Acute Care Unit for more close observation of our seriously ill pregnant patients, an OB triage unit and a separate antepartum unit. We offer superior nursing care with 24 hour Obstetrician, Anesthesiologist, and Neonatologist on duty. This Labor and Delivery is family centered and part of a dynamic teaching institution. Special Requirements: Position requires a BSN, gradudate of NLN school of nursing, BLS and national certification in Labor and Delivery.
Minimum (2) years clinical L&D nursing experience with (1) year demonstrated leadership ability. Must have strong planning skills. This leadership role assumes responsibility and accountability for the direction, implementation and evaluation of patient care services in our state-of-the-art Labor and Delivery Unit which embraces the patient family centered care model of patient care delivery. Will coordinate the team in the delivery of professional services. This position will be (4) 10hr.
shifts and 1 weekend shift per month; flexible hours. Category: Managerial
