Position: Employee Recruiter
Schedule: Typically between 10-20 hours per week
Location: 90% remote, must have the ability to occasionally travel to Roedel's headquarters in Wilton, NH
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Managers and staff of our hotels to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create compelling and accurate job postings for a variety of positions; Post and manage them on Indeed
- Review incoming resumes and conduct initial screenings via phone and messaging platforms as needed
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed
- Provide wage surveys to ensure that our hotels can continually offer competitive wages
- Update job descriptions based on feedback from hiring managers and industry best practices
- Additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior administrative, human resources or hospitality experience
- Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment techniques and platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to recruitment challenges
