Regional Lead – Analytics (individual contributor) [Poland]

ABOUT THIS JOB

As the Regional Lead, the role is responsible to meet the region’s overall Route-to-market revenue commitment by optimizing projects and modeling capacity. The role reports to the Global Center Of Excellence Modeling Leader and as part of the Leadership Team will provide strategic inputs and direction to the overall business growth.

The role requires high-level Stakeholder management as it owns delivery responsibility of internal clients for Europe and Americas regions. The candidate will be the bridge between the Commercial and Product teams. Candidate should be capable of managing the expectations of the Commercial teams, communicating the same to the Product team, and aligning on end delivery. The candidate should be able to seek complete clarity on business problems, proposed solutions, and then liaise with the Product teams to set the right path to deliver.

Candidate should be able to identify gaps/incorrect inputs obtained from the Commercial team and if required investigate and coordinate with COE Functional Leaders and other players. The candidate will be the main point of contact for Europe and Americas regions covering the entire Route-To-Market product portfolio.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with Commercial teams across Europe and Americas markets to understand future project pipeline, get complete and detailed input specs for confirmed projects.
  • Liaise with the different COE TLs to align on delivery schedule across deliveries for confirmed projects and plan for upcoming projects.
  • Support COE in seeking clarity on project specs wherever required.
  • Ensure deliveries follow established SLAs to meet the overall delivery commitment of markets and overall regions.
  • Work closely with Commercial teams to ensure they have the necessary support and training to implement best practices on solution pitches
  • Plan execution support efficiently for peak periods
  • Look for smarter and more efficient ways to address peak period challenges that ensure meeting delivery and revenue commitment.
  • Manages risks and opportunities and translates metrics into strategies/plans as well as leads the execution of these plans - engaging all required resources as appropriate
  • Drive high-level engagement with Commercial by contributing to project discussions and recommending the most apt solutions
  • Create and maintain a central COE capacity tracker that not only provides the total view in one place but also dynamically reflects the latest on-ground scenario.
  • Implement a feedback system to ensure continuous learning and improvement
  • Identify and implement KPIs to capture quality misses, track delivery progress and meet committed timelines
  • Partner with Commercial teams to gauge emerging queries and unaddressed/partially addressed client questions and flag them out to COE TLs.


A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

Passionate about Stakeholder management and customer satisfaction with a problem-solving attitude. Eye for details and judgment to gauge what kind of positioning will handle the given context well, without building any wrong precedence. You need to be experienced in connecting with stakeholders and customers proactively, finding ways to link customer needs with solutions from the current solution suite. You must have strong communication skills to impress upon customers with clarity, confidence and the ability to say no when required.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in stakeholder management roles - having good exposure to the Retail domain and its aspects would be a great advantage ;
  • 2-3 years of experience working with data, tech, or analytics at large;
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG Industry and Retail and Trade dynamics;
  • Experience implementing BPI standards will be an added advantage;
  • Good understanding of Research with an Analytical frame of mind;
  • Ability to understand established solutions and recommend them to answer the right business questions;
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably Maths, Stats, Economics or related;
  • Management degree will be of added value.

  • Quick comprehension of customer POV and situational context, proactive;
  • Able to efficiently collaborate with multiple stakeholders;
