Job Title: Barista Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee the operations of our coffee truck. As the Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including inventory management, staff supervision, customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure high-quality coffee products are consistently prepared and served to customers.
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of baristas, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, accountability, and excellent customer service.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for coffee beans, supplies, and ingredients, and maintain accurate records of purchases and expenses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their preferences and providing personalized service.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and drive sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or café environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge and passion for coffee, including different brewing methods and latte art.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle fast-paced operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Knowledge of inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food safety certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: €13.00-€15.00 per hour
