What you'll be doing
Provide individualised excellent patient/client care within a health service environment to maximise the health
outcomes for a patient/client, under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse.

Essential Criteria:
Certificate 111 Acute Care (HLT33115) or enrolled in Bachelor of Nursing degree second year.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
- Evidence of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to use information technology systems.
- Proven ability to be self-motivated, flexible and adaptive as clinical needs arise, and still remain within the scope of practice of an AIN
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict situations in a calm and professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to person centred care and NSW Health Core Values
- Applicant must hold Certificate 111 Acute Care (HLT33115) or enrolled in Bachelor of Nursing degree second year.
