Job description
Internal meeting: assist project leader in event/meeting/exhibitions organization including schedule & rundown, event management, slides preparation, onsite support, etc.
协助项目负责人支持项目、内外部活动和日常会议的组织安排，包括但不限于会议行程，活动管理，行政支持，整理制作报告等
Business intelligence: work with commercial team to collect marketing information/industrial policy and sort out report, translation
商业洞察：与业务部门沟通协助收集市场信息，行业政策动向等，整理制作报告，中英文互译
Communication: proactively communicate with internal stakeholders, deal with internal process/systems/projects support, cross functional communication
与内部重要相关方有效沟通，协助处理内部流程，系统操作和项目支持，跨部门沟通等
Public affairs: Policy monitoring, collection & filing
政策收集及政策归档
Daily government reception, including, CVM, meeting materials, meeting room booking and setup, nametag production etc.
日常政府接待事务安排，包括访客登记、会议资料打印、会议室预定和布置（电话会议、视频等）、台卡制作、饮品等。
Document drafting, related material collection and translation, government stakeholder mapping update
日常公文、内部文件起草、资料收集及翻译等，包括政府相关方信息更新
Donation
公益捐赠联络处理
To join external activity if necessary and prompt internal sharing
参与外部相关活动并及时分享信息和进展
Liaison work, both internal & external meeting coordination, including date, time participant, trip booking, RSVP and other information to external association and other parties
日常事务联络，包括内外部会议、活动时间、人员协调、差率预定、外部活动回执、协会相关公司信息更新等
Other: Payment, membership apply, contract management, company chop process, visitor management system and other routine team task
其他：付款流程，协会会员申请，合同管理、盖章、访客系统和其他日常工作协助

- 大三/大四/保研/研一/研二/全职MBA同学
- 专业不限，以化工，材料，环境，市场营销，工商管理等背景为佳
- 良好的中英文沟通能力，熟练的PPT和Excel技能
- 熟练运用中英双语交流书写，第二外语德语为佳
- 对可持续发展，环境责任，“双碳”目标有所了解，对行业新趋势有敏锐度,做事认真踏实，诚实可靠，善于观察，关心国内外大事
- 每周能出席2-3天，并能保证4-6个月左右的实习期
