Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the ToB product experience design of the digital business of the medical industry, including mobile and web, pay attention to and analyze the design trend of competing products in the industry, rationally analyze the needs of target users, and update the product experience in combination with business needs
2. Combining upstream and downstream The team completes the output and implementation of interaction design to ensure the degree of design restoration
3. Participate in product demand analysis and goal formulation, and propose an overall solution with excellent user experience
4. Participate in user research, combine Usability testing methods, focusing on user feedback
5. According to the data performance after the launch, suggestions for improvement can be made to continuously optimize the user experience.
6. Continue to promote design optimization, improve product quality, explore new functions, and focus on industry value and product competitiveness
Qualifications
1. Industrial design, design art, psychology, Computer and visual communication related background, bachelor degree or above B-end complex system related product design experience is preferred, such as: CRM
2.3 years of working experience in mobile Internet products familiar with Internet product design related processes, with rich experience Experience in interactive design of mobile terminal/mobile webpage/small program interface, familiar with UED method and workflow, and have a deep understanding and practice of interaction design
3. Proficient in Figma and Sketch software, with prototype ability, Strong hands-on ability, able to complete the entire design process independently (proficiently apply flow charts, wireframes, etc. to interactive design methods)
4. Have a good learning ability, and be able to quickly understand and integrate new products Rigorous logical thinking, excellent communication and coordination skills, strong comprehension ability, proactive, responsible and responsible
