This position is Monday through Friday from 5:00 am – 5:00 pm, with everything over 40 hours paid at time and a half.

This position will spend the entire day on the computer while juggling between talking on the phone and assisting walk-in customers. You will be expected to multi-task throughout the entirety of the day. To be considered for hire, you must complete the skills test sent to you by Indeed.
Day-to-day responsibilities for this position will include:
· Managing drivers
· Answering phone calls
· Taking orders over the phone
· Taking orders in person
· Creating invoices
· Planning routes
· Scheduling deliveries
· Reviewing yesterday’s tickets and invoices for completeness and errors
· Billing Customer’s
· Receiving payments
The ideal candidate will be proficient in computers, familiar with Microsoft Office, have great customer service skills, a high-stress tolerance, good organization, and the ability to continuously think 2-3 steps ahead.
