Turtle Works is a leading Microsoft partner that specializes in implementing and optimizing Microsoft technologies for SMBs. We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our team and work on exciting projects with our clients.
As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you will be part of a project team that delivers technical solutions using various Microsoft cloud services, such as Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps. You will be responsible for creating and configuring SharePoint sites, Teams channels, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps solutions that meet the client's needs and expectations. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the project.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience administering Microsoft cloud technologies

- High school diploma or GED minimum is required
- Bachelor degree in an IT related field a plus
- Microsoft or technical certifications a plus
- Demonstrable knowledge of SharePoint and Teams administration
- Power Automate and Power Apps skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Eager to learn new technology and grow your technical skills
This position requires 10-20 hours of availability during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, M-F).
The compensation is $40-$60 /hour depending on experience and proficiency.
