We are a fully licensed cannabis cultivation facility located in DHS. We are seeking highly motivated candidate to add to our amazing & passionate team! our main focus is to provide TOP quality cannabis to consumers with out cutting corners. Every step of the way, our cannabis is treated with the highest level of care possible. Attention to detail and the ability to complete task in a timely manner is a must! We are also looking for candidates seeking upward growth within the company and that have management experience.
You will be expected to carry out the day-to-day assignments and task of our production cycle such as transplanting, cloning, defoliating, harvesting, & sanitation clean up. You will also be expected to strictly follow standard operating procedures under the direction of the cultivation manager at all times.
-Must be 21 years of age or older
-possess a valid California ID
-Reliable means of transportation
-STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL
-Able to follow written and verbal directions
-Able to maintain a clean, organized and efficient work space.
-Able to work independently
***PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS***
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, inventory restock, and store merchandising
Ability to carry boxes, products, and other necessary store related items
Ability to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, maintain all areas of business including back stockroom, employee lunchroom, restrooms
Ability to safely lift boxes up to 35 lbs.
Comfortable climbing ladders
